Magic Mountain Slowness

In recent years, it became more dangerous on the ski slopes. Many skiers are worried. The result: You will run on for the winter holidays, but you omitted to ski.

To relax, to enjoy nature and to have fun should be possible again on the Schatzalp / Strela same again blike in the old days.*

The first "decelerated ski area arises, Slow Mountain. Which lies on the sunny side of Davos ski resort "Schatzalp / Strela" is ideally suited to: gentle slopes, from the center of Davos Platz to achieve with the renovated funicular in just four minutes.

The summer of 2009 has been used to renovate our "old" systems completely. But do not worry, this only affected the security. The tracks in the resort still run in the same speed: they go as slow as before. And one another thing: we guarantee natural snow! So, no artificial snow. This may mean that we may open later in the season or have to close earlier in spring. The slopes are still processed every night, but only as long as nature allows, and there is enough snow.
