Les 7 Laux is the third largest ski area in the Dauphinée region.
Built with strong investment between 1977 and 1989 it extends over both sides of the Belledonne mountain chain and links 3 skiing stations: in the west Prapoutel and Pipay in the Grésivaudan valley and in the east Le Pleynet in the Haut Bréda valley with peaks like the Belle Etoile (2.716 m) and the Cabottes (2.732 m).
In this natural environment there is also a high altitude nordic centre.
