SPC Russia - Elbrus Camp Spc in Russia is a kind of joint venture between the russian snowboard scene. We organized the Elbrus Summercamp allready in 2000, 2001 and 2003 as a russian national camp. The tourism at Mount Elbrus looks back on a long tradition like in Hintertux or Stubai, as Mount Elbrus is one of the famous “Seven Summits”. Since ages the locals are familiar with guests from all over the world. Concerning your spending money everything is a lot cheaper than in Austria, starting with the liftticket prices, accomodation, food & beverage, supermarkets, nightlife... Obviously most of the quality standarts are not that high than in Austria and it also can happen, that certain goods are not available in stores for one day or another. The mountains are higher, the Elbrus glacier fields are way bigger. For the snow-park we have a lot more space to use and in the upper regions we can use snow cats as well.
